Second DUI within 5-years of a Prior Conviction:

  • $1,000 - $2,000 fine
  • 10 days minimum jail

Third DUI within 10-years of a Prior Conviction: the State of Florida can choose to file this charge as a felony offense and the potential penalties include:
  • ​$2,000 - $5,000 fine
  • 30 days minimum jail

  • Ignition Interlock
  • 10-year driver license suspension
